When you submit a booking enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, preferred date, location, type of assignment and any information you provide in the message field.

WHY WE PROCESS YOUR DATA

• respond to your enquiry
• check availability
• provide information and price quotations
• plan and administer a booking
• communicate with you before and after an assignment

LEGAL BASIS

Your personal data is processed so that we can respond to your enquiry and take steps before entering into a potential agreement. If a booking is confirmed, your data is processed to fulfil the agreement and comply with legal obligations.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are deleted no later than 12 months after the most recent contact. Information relating to completed bookings is retained for as long as necessary to administer the assignment and for as long as required by law.

WHO MAY ACCESS YOUR DATA

Your personal data is handled only by Cleve and individuals assisting with bookings and administration. STRATO is used as the provider of the website and email services. Your data is not sold or disclosed for marketing purposes by other companies.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request information about the personal data processed about you. You may also request correction, deletion or restriction of the processing and, in certain circumstances, object to the processing.
