MAKEUP FOR TV AND PRODUCTIONS

Television recordings and other productions require makeup that performs well under studio lighting, looks natural on camera and lasts throughout long working days.

Cleve creates natural, long-lasting and camera-ready results that help you look fresh and professional throughout the production. The makeup is tailored to your role, the setting, your wardrobe, the lighting and the production’s creative direction.

When required, Cleve can also remain on set for adjustments and touch-ups during filming.

PRICING FOR TV, PHOTOGRAPHY AND EVENTS

The pricing structure above applies. The final arrangement is tailored to the number of participants, the time required and the agreed scope of the assignment.

Prices are based on Cleve’s working time and the scope agreed upon before the assignment.

The number of participants, any hairstyling required, additional makeup artists or assistants, on-site touch-ups and other requested services will be confirmed as part of the booking and quotation process.

Travel, accommodation and any other expenses outside the agreed scope of the assignment will be charged separately, subject to prior agreement.

Please submit an enquiry stating the number of participants, preferred date, location and type of assignment. Cleve will then propose a suitable arrangement and provide a tailored quotation.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cleve has more than 20 years of professional experience in makeup and hairstyling.

For larger assignments, additional makeup artists or assistants may be required to ensure that everyone receives the time, care and professional service they need.

PRICING

The prices apply to private clients. VAT will be added for corporate clients.

We reserve the right to amend our prices. Confirmed bookings made before a price adjustment will not be affected.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION

We travel to the agreed location for your assignment.

Travel expenses apply to locations outside central Stockholm and will be presented before the booking is confirmed.

For assignments involving more than 1.5 hours of travel each way, we will agree on a tailored package price that includes travel and, when required, accommodation.

INTERNATIONAL ASSIGNMENTS

Cleve is available for international assignments involving filming, photography, presentations, conferences and corporate events.

BOOKING

How it works

Submit your enquiry using the form on the Contact page. Please note that submitting the form constitutes an enquiry only. The booking is not confirmed or binding until you have accepted our offer and the deposit has been paid.

Once we have received your enquiry, we will send you a quotation or booking confirmation by email. After you confirm that you wish to proceed, we will issue an invoice for the deposit.

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking becomes binding for both parties. The deposit is deducted from the total price, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the assignment. The payment due date will be stated on the invoice.

Please note: The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. We cannot guarantee availability for your preferred date if payment is not received on time.

DEPOSIT

A booking deposit is charged to reserve Cleve’s availability for your assignment and to make the booking binding.

The deposit provides security and confirmation for both parties. It is not an additional fee and will be deducted from the total price.

PAYMENT

An invoice will be sent to you by email via Fortnox. Please make sure to observe the stated payment due date.

For payments from outside Sweden, please contact us for further information.

MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

If you wish to change your booking to a smaller service package or reduce the number of participants after the deposit has been received, any changes must be agreed with us in advance.

We reserve the right to decline assignments that do not meet our minimum booking requirements, particularly during peak season. If your enquiry does not meet these requirements, we will let you know as soon as possible.

TIP ◆

Please submit your enquiry well in advance, as bookings are received throughout the year. Our peak season generally runs from Easter until the end of September and also includes public holidays.

FOOD AND DRINK

Our assignments can involve long working days and considerable travel.

To help our stylists maintain their energy throughout the day, we appreciate having access to a simple meal or refreshments when working on location, as well as water, coffee or another suitable drink.

ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES

You are responsible for informing us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities or other relevant conditions.

HYGIENE

Because we work in close proximity to our clients, strict hygiene procedures are an essential part of every assignment.

We wash and sanitise our hands regularly before and during each assignment. All brushes, tools and work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and throughout our work.

Brushes and tools are never used on multiple people without being properly disinfected. We use disposable mascara applicators, a new makeup sponge for every client and clean brushes and tools to maintain a high standard of hygiene and minimise the spread of bacteria and viruses.

All makeup products are handled according to careful professional hygiene procedures.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the agreement is entered into.

If you wish to cancel under your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days. Any deposit paid will be refunded.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has begun or has been completed within 30 days of the booking.
