SERVICES & PRICING

We travel to the agreed location to provide wedding makeup and hairstyling for the bride, groom, bridesmaids and other guests.

Every wedding is unique, and every bride-to-be has different wishes regarding styling, timing and the location of the preparations. We tailor our services to your individual needs and preferences. Take a look at our prices below and send us an enquiry describing your wishes.

♥︎ You do not need to travel anywhere on your wedding day. We come to the agreed location. Trial sessions are held at a designated location in Stockholm.

BRIDAL MAKEUP & HAIR

♥︎ This option is for anyone wishing to book a separate trial session or an additional trial beyond the one included in a bridal package. During the session, we will discuss and try your preferred makeup and/or hairstyle.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION: SEK 900 PER HOUR

♥︎ We are always happy to answer questions by email. If you would like additional support and personal advice by telephone, a fee applies for each hour or part thereof. This will always be agreed in advance and will never appear unexpectedly on your invoice.

ASSISTANCE DURING THE WEDDING PHOTO SESSION: SEK 900 PER HOUR

♥︎ We will be happy to remain on site after the preparations and assist you during your wedding photo session, ensuring that your makeup and hair continue to look their best in every photograph. Contact us to discuss your wishes, schedule and personalised quotation.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Give your wedding party more possibilities!

Give your bridesmaids and guests the opportunity to have their makeup and hair professionally styled at the wedding venue. Please state how many guests require makeup and/or hairstyling in the booking enquiry form.

JUNIOR WEDDING ATTENDANT, UP TO AGE 12: SEK 995

♥︎ Simple hairstyling and a little extra finishing touch with lip gloss and/or blush. This does not include full makeup. We can also secure flowers or hair clips if requested.

GROOM / BEST MAN / GROOMSMAN: SEK 995

♥︎ Discreet makeup and grooming to reduce facial shine and conceal redness, blemishes and dark circles under the eyes. The makeup is barely noticeable but makes a significant difference, particularly in photographs.

MAKEUP: SEK 1,995

♥︎ Makeup tailored to the wishes of bridesmaids, members of the wedding party and other guests when booked together with a bridal package.

False lashes* and waterproof mascara are included, together with an on-site consultation. Please include your wishes in your enquiry.

HAIRSTYLING: SEK 1,995

♥︎ Simple hairstyling for bridesmaids, members of the wedding party and other guests when booked together with a bridal package.

This may include blow-drying, styling, curling, a half-up style or a simple updo. We can also assist with flowers and hair accessories if requested.

An on-site consultation is included. More advanced or time-consuming hairstyles may require additional time. Additional time is charged at SEK 900 per hour or part thereof. Please include your wishes in your enquiry.

MAKEUP & HAIRSTYLING: SEK 3,495

♥︎ Complete makeup and hairstyling for bridesmaids, members of the wedding party and other guests when booked together with a bridal package.

False lashes* and waterproof mascara are included. Hairstyling may include blow-drying, styling, curling, a half-up style or a simple updo.

An on-site consultation is included. More advanced or time-consuming hairstyles may require additional time. Additional time is charged at SEK 900 per hour or part thereof. Please include your wishes in your enquiry.

*Individual cluster lashes are included and cannot be removed from the package in exchange for a lower price. Strip lashes and eyelash extensions are not included.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cleve has more than 20 years of experience in makeup and hairstyling. If services are booked for a larger number of people on your wedding day, Cleve may bring additional makeup artists and assistants to ensure that you and your wedding party receive the best possible service.

PRICES

The prices apply to private clients. VAT will be added for corporate clients.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices. Confirmed bookings made before a price adjustment will not be affected.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

We travel to the agreed location on your wedding day. Travel expenses apply outside central Stockholm, beyond the city tolls, and will be presented before the booking is confirmed.

For journeys exceeding 1.5 hours each way, we will agree on a package price that includes travel and, where necessary, overnight accommodation.

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

We are happy to travel abroad to provide your bridal styling. Contact us for further information and a personalised quotation.

BOOKING

How it works

Submit your enquiry using the form on the Contact page. Please note that submitting the form constitutes an enquiry only. Your booking is not confirmed or binding until you have accepted our booking confirmation and the deposit has been paid.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will send you a quotation and booking confirmation by email. After you confirm that you would like to proceed, we will send you an invoice for the deposit.

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking becomes binding for both parties. The deposit is deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the wedding. The due date will be stated on the invoice.

IMPORTANT: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. We cannot guarantee availability on your requested date if payment is not received on time.

DEPOSIT

We charge a booking deposit to reserve your wedding date and make the booking binding. This provides security and confirmation for both parties.

The deposit is not an additional fee. It is deducted from the total cost of your booking.

PAYMENT

You will receive your invoice by email through Fortnox. Please check and observe the stated due date.

For payments made from outside Sweden, please contact us for further information.

MINIMUM BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

If you wish to change your booking to a smaller bridal package or reduce the number of services after the deposit has been paid, any changes must be agreed with us. Please contact us as early as possible before your wedding day.

We reserve the right to decline assignments that do not meet our minimum booking requirements, particularly during peak season. If your enquiry does not meet the requirements, we will let you know as soon as possible.

TIP ♥

Book well in advance, as we receive enquiries throughout the year. Our peak season begins around Easter and continues until the end of September, with additional demand around public holidays.

TRIAL SESSION

The purpose of the trial session is to explore and refine your preferences for both makeup and hairstyling.

Depending on the bridal package, we allow approximately two to four hours for the session. If you require additional time, it will be charged at SEK 900 per hour or part thereof.

During the trial session, we will discuss your wishes and plan the schedule and arrangements for your wedding preparations. We will try different makeup options, which may include applying different looks to each half of the face, as well as simplified versions of your preferred hairstyle or updo.

We recommend scheduling the trial approximately six to nine weeks before the wedding. The date and time will be agreed together. We reserve the right to decline trial appointments on weekends and public holidays.

FOOD & DRINK

Our assignments often involve long working days and considerable travel to and from the wedding venue. To help the stylists working on site maintain their energy throughout the day, we appreciate access to a simple meal or snack, as well as water, coffee or another beverage.

ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVITIES

You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, skin sensitivities or other relevant conditions before the appointment.

HYGIENE

Strict hygiene procedures are essential because we work in close contact with our clients.

We wash and sanitise our hands regularly before and during every assignment. All brushes, tools and work surfaces are carefully cleaned and disinfected before and throughout our work.

We never use the same brushes or tools on multiple people without thoroughly disinfecting them. We use disposable mascara wands, new makeup sponges for every client and clean brushes and tools to maintain excellent hygiene and minimise the risk of spreading viruses and bacteria.

All makeup products are handled according to careful professional hygiene procedures.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the agreement is concluded.

If you wish to withdraw from the agreement, you must notify us in writing within 14 days. Any deposit paid will be refunded.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the work begins or is performed within 30 days of the booking being made.
